Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your reservation and 48 hours for all Keratin/Brazilian Treatments and Extensions. For all Skin Care services, we require 48 hours as well. A full charge of scheduled services will be charged for a “no show” or cancellation after hours stated.

Canceling your appointment after 24 hours/48 hours does not allow us adequate time to replace your reservation. Due to this, a valid credit card will be required to reserve any services. This applies even if you intend to pay with other forms of payment. Your card information will be stored on a secure server in accordance with merchant compliance requirements.

We do request that new clients have a consultation before any color appointments. We also offer virtual consultations via text or facetime. Depending on the current color and condition of your hair, we may ask you to make an appointment so the stylist can see your hair in person.

Each service is highly customized to your hair and its condition. We choose products based on the condition, color, and texture of your hair. There is a wide range of products available, and we do not keep all chemicals in stock because many of the products have a short shelf life. Having a consultation before reserving your initial appointment allows us adequate time to order the very best products for your hair.
