Native Houstonian Joel Quinones has been in the beauty industry for well over 30 years. Beginning as a makeup artist and then added hair to his portfolio. Over the years, he has done many jobs in the beauty industry. Platform artist for major hair companies. Hair and makeup in both film and television. Has provided work for major magazines such as Town and Country and Harper’s Bazaar. Celebrities that he has done over the course of his career include Olivia Newton John, Cindy Crawford, Clint Black, Ellen Burstyn, T-Boz of TLC, Hal Holbrook, Dixie Carter, Bill Murray, Liza Minnelli, Tommy Tune, and Anna Wintour. Locally his work has been featured by the Alley Theater and Houston Ballet.

Joel’s services include: cutting and styling for both men and women, keratin treatments, single-process color, weave highlights, makeup lessons, and makeup application.
