At Bella Rinova, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure we can continue to offer quality service, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep your reservation and 48 hours in advance for keratin/Brazilian treatments and extensions, as well as all skin care services. If you happen to cancel or are a no-show after the required timeframe, we will need to charge for the scheduled services to prevent losing valuable appointment time.
Please note that even if you intend to pay with other forms of payment, we will require a valid credit card to reserve any services, which we will keep secure according to merchant compliance requirements.

In addition, we request all new clients have a consultation before any color appointments. However, we recognize scheduling an in-person consultation may not always be possible due to factors such as distance or time constraints. Therefore, we have virtual consultation options available via text or FaceTime. If you choose to make an appointment, you’ll have the stylist’s full attention, and we promise to use only the best and most suitable products based on the condition, color, and texture of your hair.
We do not keep all chemicals in stock because many of our products have a short shelf life, so scheduling a consultation before your initial appointment will give us adequate time to order the products tailored to your hair needs.
